Don't change your jewellery for at least six weeks this allows for the first stage of the healing process to take place most piercings take between 3 and 12 months to fully heal.

4.

Avoid getting cosmetic products into your piercing (e.g. spray tan, make up, shampoo, etc.)

Don't turn your piercing, it will slow down the healing process.

Please keep your dressing on for 14 days. Apply a fresh one each day. If you don't keep it on, your piercing can come out. 14 days gives the skin underneath time to grow back.

Once the 14 days are over, you no longer need to keep your dressing on. You will need to careful as it's still healing now the dressing is off. Please clean your anchor and skin diver in cooled boiled water once a day for 4 weeks.
